We are a welcoming studio dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, and well-being. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Multi-week progressive courses that build skills over time. Book the full block or drop in to individual sessions where available.
Weekend Workshops
Intensive one- or two-day workshops covering focused topics such as breath work, alignment, and meditation.
